We are working hard to release regular updates to the Virgin Australia app to make it faster, better, and more reliable for you.

We're excited to release Journey Tracker, powered by Live Activities for users on iOS 16 and above. Journey Tracker lets you stay up to date on your VA flight with a glance. With information like flight times and departure gate appearing on your lock screen. And no more panicking to open your boarding pass at the gate. You can now access it with one tap from your lock screen.

To start Journey Tracker, add your upcoming VA flight to the VA app. Then open the VA app within three hours of flying. Journey Tracker will be available to guests flying between Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. We will rollout support for our other destinations as soon as possible.
