Application super. The only thing that bothers me about the VC1 camera is that with Verical Flip the control is the opposite.

So I was using plug PM5 for almost 2 weeks. I believe that the device itself was working fine, but this app is buggy, therefore the main purpose of the whole system is jeopardized. Bugs:
-real-time measurement of the device in Ws is probably quite accurate, but you have to minimize the app to see any change, ridiculous, also shows you only whole values, no tens
-from time to time the whole measurement just gets crazy and shows you that you consumed X times more energy, which is technically impossible, the only way to reset the value is to delete the device from your profile and add it again, but that erases all measurements to date
- actual number of Watts spent over period of time does not correspond with real consumption, +-20%
- I returned the device and deleted the app, I am not going to wait for possible fix in the future that may never come, bought regular consumption meter for 8€ that works just fine and is accurate
- cannot control your plug outside of your WiFi unless you have homepod, Apple TV 4th Feb or iPad permanently at home as a hub
- on/off function + light works, but the plug was making almost unnoticeable buzzing sound even when turned off, really annoying after some time, especially at night

And not only by price. Also mentally. Wifi works only when you are actually on the very same subnet (not over IP, thus forget VPN). Not sure how it deals with HomeKit.
Previous version was terrible/ you had to press & hold plug icon to get properties- the tricky part was - Tap only (not hold enough) switched the plug off.
Current version doesn’t reflect current consumption quickly enough (faster is to kill the app & start it again to get Watts after eg 20s). So overall indeed just 2 starts from my POV. (I am using other solutions and these doesn’t suffer by that).
