Missing flac files

Hello,
this app is really good, except one thing. Almost every time I open the app, some songs in flac added via iTunes are missing and show up after restarting the app. I have iPhone SE, iOS 13.3.1. Can you fix it? Thanks

Subscription killed an iOS star

This app has all the customizations, equalizers, you name it. It was the only reason anyone ever really wanted to use it. Now, all these features are hidden behind a “PRO” subscription. Basically, they turned a great player app into a glorified SoundCloud/local file player with nothing to offer.
Dear developers, if you want a chance to get any money from me, then give me a 5$ one time purchase option to enable equalizers and other playback settings. There is no way I am paying you $5/month for a syncing service Dropbox/Google/iCloud offer for free (and better), especially on top of a music streaming subscription.

Disappointment

I Have to admit, the developers are greedy - i have to pay monthly fee for basic EQ ? Are you serious? The main problem for me is, that this major change of functionality was made hidden. VOX was for me good music player with flac support. If they announced that everything would be only in Pro version and the price wouldn’t exceed 10 eur/usd for one license, I would gladly bought it. But these hideous practices mean to me that this developer is not trustworthy anymore. Everyone needs money, even me :-), but I would never ever disrupt trust between my customer and me by concealing even one small information. I wish developers luck, but without me and about 30 more users, whom I recommended VOX.

We didn't want to make separate purchases for the additional services we provide not to spoil the user experience VOX should provide you with.

All feedbacks and reviews are taken into consideration by our team, however, it is simple to understand that when you should pay for something that you've used to get for free will make you angry.
Our team appreciate all critics and support from our customers, also we are in love with our product and willing to continue development as we have some really optimistic plans for the future. Our goal - creating a great and powerful music player based on the principles of clarity, simplicity, and versatility.

Essentially, to make it come true and to support/upgrade our product we will need resources to continue.
It might be true that our price model is NOT perfect, still, all our customers are using not the cheapest devices on market to run VOX, but suffer so much about the app they like so much cost some money now...
