Extremely long process to buy a single ticket
I needed to buy a single ticket for tram arriving in 10 minutes. The registration process took me 12 minutes! I don't understand why I had to provide my adress, name, and phone number after the registration by Apple ID. Why do you need all this info just for a purchase of single ticket?
Buying tickets is slow & search is bad
One of the steps in buying a ticket is searching for a stop one begins the trip at. And the search function is the worst. Even after typing the whole name of the stop, the top 15 results show completely unrelated stops names.
At least there is Apple Pay now.
really?
As others wrote, this app is disaster, very unfriendly user interface, registration process complicated (and cannot be completed on iPhone SE first gen). Better to buy a ticket at the place.
