You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of the delivery in real-time, with a minute-by-minute countdown. If staring at a clock isn’t your thing, don’t worry – we'll also send you notifications so you know when your order is about to arrive.

No go ( literally )
Sorry but all the time i order something ( or 90% ) there is a delay, and the food tastes after this delay so terrible , either its gummy , or cold. If you cant deliver in time to the zones that are little bit far away, just do not allow it. What the hell, i can’t receive all the time the food in delay, change carriers, change cars, make better logistic system, this is just awful. The app looks great tho, the service is not there yet.
Terrible app/service
Almost every other order is messed up - either missing item, or one time completely different order (I am vegan and I received meat), missing drink is common occurence. They offer coupon which means you have to order AGAIN. Also no means to make notes for restaurant (only to courier), if you want something, bad luck. Also some restaurants that are available for ordering are wrongly set - they just decline the order after half an hour, customer support doesnt set things in order (don’t show restaurants that are not available). The only reason I keep using this app is because they deliver from restaurants that are not in other apps, but I definitely deleting the app now - too many bad experiences.
Not intuitive
The app is not intuitive at all. As soon as you pick something, you can not really view it and change it, you have to go back and wait for ‘refill order’ pop up, there is not basket-wise order like any other shops app have it. also you can not filter by or pick by distance rating or whatever, search is based on tags only. It’s annoying to use it sometimes. Though design is beautiful...
