Not working most of the time
The game itself is good and fun, I also like that there is dictionary at hand. However, there are a lot of frustrating things: 1) the game will not let me play words for 30 points, even though it is showing the word is valid. My opponents can play words for this amount of points so it is not far. 2) A lot of days I cannot even access the game - the screen goes black when I open the game. 3) Once when I was actually playing (and winning), the whole board disappeared all of a sudden. It was my turn but I could not play because while there was an empty board, it did not let me play anywhere, only where it is touching other words, but they were not visible to me!!! I had to resign the game to end the misery for me and my opponent. 4) Their customer service does not respond.
It is a shame a good idea, which this game definitely is, is let down by the things I mentioned above.
