Quite good for trading, not so good for investing.

Interface is designed for trading, quite good configuration options and the most important it’s fast even over the website. Both web and mobile app are good. While not so good for long investing. When your positions get long l, tool has issues with rendering it… however I like I that i see each position of the same stock separately and grupped too what simplify taxation in my country. Good reports and trading retrospectively analysis tool. Tool have compared to eToro and T212. XTB is better for trading, for investing I would probably choose T212 because can make pies and set automatic investment, here would need to do all manually.

Sentiment downgrade

A week ago was possible to look at sentiment in mobile aplication - order it by volume of people who are buying and selling, this disappered and you can see only percentage of buyers/sellers 👎🏻 its possible to look at it only from net application or PC which is not available from mobile, because there is always link transfers you to mobile aplication 👎🏻 why?

Worst Customer Experiance

Unfortunately worst customer experience…. Series of nonstop requests via email for identity validation. I uploaded my driving license, residency card and even bank statement and the response from admission officer, not sufficient we need you personal identification #. I provided her with that and she replies they cross checked it and it doesn’t match the documents I provided!!! Who should I believe the government, insurance company and all my official docs that I use this identification number or XTB?!? Super disappointed and Frustrating experience!! All this before trading what if problem occurs afterwards… I’d rather use a different more respectful platform.

Market Value per position missing

The app does not show the market value for every position of the portfolio you own. This is a basic information which I would expect. It could be easily added in landscape mode….

Your suggestion does not work because normally you do DCA so you have multiple buys for the same asset, so you want to know the overall market value and not only the value for the single buy trade….

News language and day trading

News language and tutorials are in Czech (where i live) although i set to English and I prefer English
Second point is when trading volatile market, there is delay, when i click buy at the current price per graph,
The buy was delayed and set to pending order, where it was always executed on higher price , were i missed alot of opportunities.
Probably i will stop using it

User friendly but

For fast trading is too slow. Graph drawing lines are changing between time frames. Not accurate at all. Balance response is not working correctly. Trailing stop is not working. I am using this app for several years and no improvement is seen. Only user friendly interface.

Waste of my time

Poor quality. Lack of testing. I'm unable to pass the login screen, the registration and login forms clearly have different and insufficient password validations. How can I expect the platform will be able to handle my money if it cannot handle such important thing: to give user access to the platform itself 🤦‍♂️ Retards.

Decent

I would welcome a bit of minimalism to the app or an option to disable useless features like news. Even though the phone and app language is set to english, the news i get are still in my country language.

Crashing

The app is crashing on startup, iPhone 12, latest iOS.

Even tried restarting the iPhone, still crashes = unable to use.
