Never had problems with the app, everything works smoothly. Sometimes it's a bit hard to navigate (it took me a while to find out how to return some goods and ask for a refund) but overall I'm satisfied with it and the services provided.

Great online shopping experience

I made two huge orders with Zaful, both came really quick (around 9 days) and without problems. ALL of the pieces were as expected - same as the pictures and the descriptions. I am super happy with basically all of them. I only had an issue with one wrongly sent item and one ripped item, so I contacted Zaful and the customer service was excellent - super quick replies, we solved the problem quickly and smoothly. Will definitely buy again.

Great customer support

The app works well, sometimes a little slower to open, but could be a problem of the internet. Also I a have a really good experience with the customer support. My package got lost cause of the delivery company. I wrote to the customer support of ZAFUL through the app and they responded immediately, tried to find what happened with my package and after offered me a solution. I am really happy. Thank you so much.
