Very easy to navigate through.
Easy to work with, not showing returns
You at least seen the returned items in the purchase list, not it is not shown anywhere. I used to look for what size i have kept (when buying two) to compare for future purchases - not possible anymore. Why there is a special return list, i dont understand, as it does not work from mid 2021
app customcare is like AI nightmare!
everything is 100% untill Inditex logistic makes some mistake with the order….I am traying to get my money back for more than 2 months. writing to this app custom chat, absolute nightmare!!! you have to write them every singl number. like 10 times. because they delete the history of conversation. if you visit store, they say they can not do anything for you!! I realized they did not send money back from the previous returns too!!!
