I dont know how to change It

I really like zepeto but i said im 11 when im 12 and The app is 12+ can someone HELP me its wont let me change It and when i open zepeto its kick me and dont let me open it :(

What happened to that lovely Zepeto in 2019? The community is absolutely toxic, hateful and disrespectful. I just wanted to make some photos and then edits from the photos and suddenly it wants my age, I- okay okay let’s just put it in...BOOM, whole Zepeto turns off and when I turn it on again IT KICKS ME OUT? HONEYYY I SPENT MY OWN MONEY ON THIS GAME. I don’t wanna loose my account, I love Zepeto, it is creative game but this really made me angry. I’m not doing anything wrong and then this happened? :(
