I dont know how to change It

I really like zepeto but i said im 11 when im 12 and The app is 12+ can someone HELP me its wont let me change It and when i open zepeto its kick me and dont let me open it :(

Error the gift

Good day. I'm doing a contest in Zepeto and how to announce it, because when I want to send the prize to the winner, it says some kind of error. Lately zepeto has been kicking me out of the app like every 2 mins and it never lets me get photo shoots or join a zepeto world (and not even the games) as well I can’t deny photos because it just kicks me out could anyone please give an idea what to do? As even for zepeto snow if u could do something about it, i really enjoyed playing zepeto but now it’s just trash for me because of these stuff happening.
