Very bad !!!

The worst food delivery app ever! In case there is something wrong with yoir order you have no chance to sort it out coz customer support give you some stupid options and you are not even able to connect with someone!!!!
Iam deleting this app!

Easy peasy

One of the easiest application I have used! I even choose a restaurants for dining out with them and to be honest the ratings much with the quality of the food and restaurant

Zero support

I wanted to change my order, not possible. I wanted to cancel my order, not possible and operator just repeat sorry sorry. When i received wrong order then again zero help and not even refund!!! Never anymore with zomato. Also they offer 50% promotion which means max20 aed, so if zou order for 70aed you save just 20 aed not 50%. Zomato should rename this fake promotion from 50% to 20aed promotion. Liars and bad service.
