Zomool ships products from the merchant service provider's warehouses in separate areas; To facilitate and speed up shipping procedures and reduce delivery time. Zomool delivers and covers all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using professional transportation companies and logistics systems to track shipments.

Zomool is always careful about the methods used and the materials for packing various shipments and goods. We are also careful to choose professional transportation and delivery companies to avoid any potential damage that may occur to the shipment. However, some accidents sometimes happen that cause some damage to the shipment or cause some scratches to the packaging. Rest assured that we are responsible for the shipment reaching you safely and if any damages occur, we are responsible for replacing the item for you.
If you experience any damages, you must inform our customer service and support team immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery. Otherwise, we will consider that you received your shipment without problems.
There are many reasons to return or exchange your shipment depending on our return and refund policy. If the return is not related to a technical reason or problem related to the product or its specifications, and the customer decides to change his mind, the cost of shipping the return of the goods and products will be borne by the customer.
You will need to contact the technical support team. The team will be responsible for creating a bill of lading for the returned merchandise on your behalf.

You can track the order by clicking on the order tracking page on the home page, you just need simple verified information.

1. Know your order number and email address
You will receive the order number once you submit your order in the Zomool store. We will send the order number to you via email and also in an SMS. This number starts with SA. You will also need your email address registered with us while placing your order.
Once you complete the required information, click Track to get the status of your order and the shipment track.

2. Tracking number
This is the second option that you can use to track your order, if you do not have your order ID or email but you do have the shipment tracking number, you will also be able to track your order to know the current status. Just add your tracking number and press Track to get the status of your order and shipping path.

Most of our orders are shipped via a selected delivery company such as DHL, SMSA, Aramex, and Esnad. The shipping company is selected through the Zomool operations team based on the type of product, the location of the product warehouse, as well as the address of a customer’s destination; To allow us to choose the best shipping solution and fastest way.
