Description
Call, video and chat on your iOS device via your office extension, wherever you are!
Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.
Getting Started:
1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.
4. Open your camera on your iOS device and scan the QR code shown on your screen.
5. Your extension is configured and you’re now “Ready for calls”!
Important: This app is only for use with 3CX V18 and is not a standalone app.

Gut, aber noch Luft nach oben
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Anrufliste auf dem iPhone gelesen hat, dies auch in die Anlage übertragen wird, damit dann auch das Tischtelefon keine entgangenen Anrufe mehr anzeigt - umgekehrt sollte es natürlich genauso sein.
Und wenn dann die App noch Apple CarPlay-Funktionalität bekommt, sodass ich diese auch im Fahrzeugdisplay auswählen und benutzen kann, dann gibt’s 5 Sterne!
Vielen Dank für das letzte Update, dass die Verbindungsabbrüche bei Netzschwankungen oder dem Wechsel zwischen LTE und WLAN deutlich verringert hat. 👍🏻
Funktioniert super
Seit einiger Zeit haben wir eine kleine 3CX Telefonanlage und die App tut einfach das was sie soll. Sogar mehrere Profile zwischen denen man Wechseln kann: kein Problem. Bluetooth-Headset, Freisprecheinrichtung vom Auto (für eingehende Gespräche) und AirPods Pro: alles funktioniert zu meiner Überraschung. Das war bei unserer vorherigen Lösung leider anders. Und auch DTMF-Töne werden sauber übertragen. Was soll ich sagen: die Lösung meines Telefonie-Problems.
Gute App
Ich liebe die Variante von Zuhause aus zu arbeiten, und dabei die Telefonnummer der Firma zu nutzen. Keinerlei Gesprächsabbrüche und stehst eine gute Verbindung.
Seit einem Stromausfall in meiner Firma ist leider auch die App abgestürzt. Ich entschied mich, diese neu zu installieren. Leider lässt sich der QR Code aktuell nicht scannen, sondern die App nach quasi ein Foto von dem QR Code. Somit ist die App aktuell leider unbrauchbar.
