The 4me App makes it easy for enterprise employees to request support, and for support specialists to work on these requests when they are on the go.
The 4me App allows its users to:
- Search for knowledge articles (FAQs)
- Submit requests to IT, HR, facilities, etc.
- Track previously submitted requests
- Collaborate with requesters and support specialists
- Resolve requests
- Approve changes
- Work on project tasks
- Receive push notifications
- Add photos to requests and tasks
- Provide feedback on completed requests
- Submit and track time entries
- Report on service quality
4me is an enterprise service management (ESM) solution. It is the only ESM solution that makes it possible for all internal departments, like IT, HR and Facilities, to work together seamlessly with each other, as well as with the managed service providers to which some services have been outsourced. In addition to supporting the ITIL processes, 4me also provides fully integrated knowledge management, time tracking and project management capabilities.
For enterprise employees, 4me is the Self Service app that is always there for them whenever they need some help.

Still a lot to improve
App got a lot of potential. They just need to update quite a lot of things.
So far so good
I'm missing some quality of live improvements which I have on my PC. For example it would be nice if I check my messages when I go back that I'll come back to the message which I've just opened. This problem is also in the incident menu. Otherwise I'm constantly scrolling... It would also be great if it could be possible to get directly from an email to the ticket in the app. I'm currently using Outlook as my mail app and the link in the mail always opens Safari where I always have to login to our 4me system.
Edit: When I try to search for a specific ticket it only searches it on the first page which is very inconvenient when I have multiple pages...
Not working on iPad 2018
App crashes instantly wehen opening on iPad 2018
On iPhone 7 it works fine.
