Usability catastrophe
To activate tickets, Dice app asks to enter your phone number in AccessTickets. But AccessTickets asks either to enter your tickets ID (which aren’t displayed in Dice) or login with your email (it doesn’t work). In these circles of hell it is impossible to activate your tickets, why make everything so difficult?
Ticket should be transferable to Wallet
Says it supports Wallet but I can't find the function to transfer it to the wallet app.
Also I hate it that I have to upload a picture of my passport to someone I don't know and don't trust with my data. What was wrong with the wristband?
Button “claim your ticket from dice” not displayed on iPhone SE (2020)
Nightmare. Die viewport on iPhone SE (2020) is missing the necessary button “claim your ticket from dice”. Whoever is responsible for this heavy usability fail should no longer work in the Ux field….
