Super unkompliziert
Super unkompliziert! Die App zeigt einem alles was man braucht und man benötigt nicht mal einen Schlüssel oder eine Karte um in das Zimmer reinzukommen.
Sehr unzuverlässig
Vorab-Checkin hat nicht funktioniert weil die Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert wurde - vor Ort im Hotel ging es dann einwandfrei. Die Freischaltung des mobilen Schlüssels in der App hat mehrere Stunden gedauert - und funktioniert total unzuverlässig. Ich konnte die Türe bei 20 Versuchen 1x öffnen. So lässt man den Schlüssel natürlich nicht im Hotel sondern nimmt ihm wieder mit, weil man denkt das man mit der App nicht mehr ins Zimmer kommt. Dementsprechend quasi sinnlos die App zu benutzen, obwohl die Idee eigentlich super ist. Leider scheitert es an der mangelhaften Umsetzung.

Please always feel free to use the support system in our app, if that is where you checked in, as we can assist investigating what was the issue with your payment. Regarding your unsuccessful keys, that is something we would like to take up with the hotel, as that lock might need to be reconfigured or updated.
