Funktioniert - mit Einschränkungen
Ich benutze Aircall beruflich zwischen 4-6 Stunden täglich. Dabei sind mir einige Sachen aufgefallen, die noch nicht so rund laufen.
1. Synchronisation
Wenn ich in der App arbeite und die To Do Liste abarbeite, dann passiert es häufiger mal, dass der Anruf nicht im Verlauf mit angezeigt wird. Ebenfalls passiert das, wenn ich einen Kontakt eingepflegt habe und anschließend der Name und das Unternehmen nicht angezeigt werden. Dafür muss ich jedes Mal die App komplett schließen, auch aus dem Arbeitsspeicher, damit mir die Änderungen angezeigt werden. Ein Aktualisieren indem ich nur runter scrolle bringt leider nichts.
2. Fehlgeschlagene Anrufe
Leider bekomme ich keinen Hinweis, wenn ein Anschluss nicht vergeben ist. Es wird kurz versucht die Verbindung aufzubauen und nach einer Sekunde schließt sich einfach wieder das Anrufermenü. Es wäre wirklich sehr Hilfreich, wenn die Hinweise, die es beim normalen Telefon auch gibt, implementiert werden würden. (Anrufer nicht erreichbar - wenn derjenige z.B. kein Netz hat; Anschlussfehler weil Nummer nicht vergeben; etc.)
Das frustriert manchmal, nicht zu wissen, warum gerade keine Verbindung aufgebaut werden kann.
Etwas positives: ich finde es sehr übersichtlich und auch benutzerfreundlich. Behaltet euch das bei!
Sehr gutes Telefonsystem für den Businessbereich
Ich nutze seit einigen Monaten Aircall beruflich und bin sehr zufrieden. Stabil laufende App, intuitiv bedienbar, sodass Anrufe problemlos durchgestellt werden können. Auch das Telefonieren mit mehr als zwei Teilnehmern klappt problemlos. Viele meiner Kollegen benutzen die Softphone-Version am PC im Wechsel mit der IOS-App und sind sehr zufrieden. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Übersichtsfenster, das es auf einen Blick ermöglicht zu sehen, welche Kollegen des Kollegenkreises online sind. Ansonsten wunderbar flüssig arbeitendes Programm, kleinere Bugs werden meist mit dem nächsten Update behoben.
Super App
Ich war Anfänger und arbeite seit über einem Jahr mit Aircall. Es ist einfach zu verstehen und super finde ich auch, dass man fast alles auch am Handy machen kann. Ab und zu hängt die App, da kann man keine Weiterleitungen machen. Auch die Einstellung im Handy und Computer auf „nicht verfügbar“ klappt manchmal nicht. Ansonsten bin ich ziemlich zufrieden und habe auch gehört, dass es einer der besten Anbieter auf dem Markt ist.
