Für verschiedene berufliche Zwecke habe ich auf Alibaba Angebote gesucht und gefunden. Während in Mitteleuropa kaum noch Zeit für Beratung und Kundenbetreuung ist, finde ich hier geduldige und motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die sich Zeit nehmen für eine individuelle und persönliche Beratung. Zahlung, Transport und Lieferung waren bislang sehr unkompliziert, auch wenn man bedenken muss, dass die Produkte etwas Zeit brauchen, um den Weg zum Kunden zu finden. Daher -mit etwas Zeit vorab eingeplant - eine Plattform für alle, die eine echten Service vor und nach dem Kauf schätzen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, bis auf die Übersetzung ins deutsche der App könnte besser sein. Es liest sich zum Teil als würde man gerade deutsch lernen oder mit jemanden sprechen der erst ein paar Monate-1 Jahr im Land ist. Manches verstehe ich leider garnicht also den Zusammenhang.

Reparatur ohne Ersatz Teile Ersatz Teile wurde nach die Feiertage zu geschickt so sagte der Verkäufer aber Reparatur kosten noch keine reagiert ob Verkäufer oder Versicherung von Alibaba ….. lach habe Rückerstattung Teil Betrag beantragt Alibaba schreibt mir ich habe nicht geantwortet deshalb wurde meine Antrag storniert ich antworte immer sofort vielleicht ich antworte in falsche weg weil alles in englisch Sprache auch hilf Center alles in englisch Sprache was soll ich jetzt machen wenn eure App gemischt Sprache auch Chinesisch Sprache ich habe in die Einstellung deutsch Sprache eingestellt aber leider eure App ist nicht in deutsch Sprache sondern in englisch, Chinesisch. Und Teil deutsch Sprache und der wichtigste Sache wie hilf Center in englisch und Mann kann nich kopieren um zu übersetzen
