Alpenglow Pro Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Guter Ansatz, leider nicht für meinen Zweck

Alpenglow, ein toller Name und eine schöne App. Leider gibt es davon schon viele sehr gute andere Exemplare. SolarWatch kann das Wetter für 24 Stunden anzeigen, dann kann ich mir auch dadurch veranschaulichen, wie die Sonnenauf- und untergänge aussehen werden. Ein Prozentwert auf zwei Stellen hinterm Komma? Ich weiß nicht. Was bedeutet es denn, wenn der Sonnenuntergang schlecht bei 23,77% ist? Mir fehlt außerdem die Projektion des aktuellen Sonnenstandes auf den realen Hintergrund (AR). Die Kartenansicht des Sonnenstandes beherrschen andere Apps auch deutlich besser. SolarWatch und Sundial sind zudem wesentlich günstiger im Einmalkauf. Und wer keine Widgets oder AppleWatch-Unterstützung braucht, findet ohnehin in LunaSolCal das Non-Plus-Ultra. Hoffentlich wird Alpenglow weiterentwickelt und um echte Alleinstellungsmerkmale ergänzt. So ist mir das leider zu wenig. Nachtrag: Der Entwickler hat sehr freundlich auf meine Bewertung reagiert und mir den Zweck der App noch einmal erläutert. Das weicht, wie oben zu lesen, von meinen Wünschen ab, ist aber natürlich völlig in Ordnung. Für diese nette Erklärung gibt es dann auch volle Punktzahl für diese schicke App.

Alpenglow doesn't focus on Sun position, although I do have the map. The main focus is the forecasting and that is the primary focus. I'll have more features centered around this functionality out in the coming months along with more details around what a particular percentage means, I agree that could be clearer.

Wenn man in den Wintermonaten in Deutschland draußen laufen gehen will am Nachmittag hilft diese App sehr, um herauszufinden wann genau die Sonne untergeht und wann die Lichverhältnisse noch akzeptabel sind zum Sport machen! :- )) (Sonst ist es doch etwas zu kalt langsam draußen. 🥶)

Tolle App von einem Indie Entwickler

Ein toller Sonnenuntergang ist mindestens genauso viel Wert wie ein Kinobesuch. Aber anstatt einem Film bekommt man hier ein ganzes Jahr!
