Super um sich selber und deine Gefühle besser kennen zu lernen und den Umgang mit ihnen zu erlernen/verbessern. Außerdem eine tolle App um einfach mal zu entspannen und dem Stress zu entfliehen. Die Stimmen sind sehr angenehm und es gibt ein breites Spektrum an Übungen unterschiedlicher Länge, so dass für jeden was dabei ist!
