An app that assigns scores for 32 antidepressants on 20 different commonly encountered patient factors/drug measures. Multiple attributes can be selected at once and scores summed to provide an estimated overall ranking of suitability. Explanations for scoring of each attribute is provided, with links to UpToDate and other supporting primary literature.

Antidepressant drugs include:
citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, agomelatine, bupropion, mirtazapine, desvenlafaxine, levomilnacipran, milnacipran, venlafaxine, nefazodone, trazodone, vilazodone, vortioxetine, amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, desipramine, doxepin, imipramine, maprotiline, nortriptyline, protriptyline, trimipramine, isocarboxazid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, and duloxetine.

Ranked measures include:
anticholinergic, drowsiness, insomnia/agitation, orthostasis, QTc prolongation, GI toxicity, weight gain, sexual dysfunction, antidepressant-naive, pregnant, breastfeeding, chronic pain, suicide (overdose) risk, cost, drug-drug interaction risk, renal impairment, hepatic impairment, antidepressant efficacy, all-cause discontinuation, and discontinuation due to side effects.
