Worst app of all time
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any app ever. It keeps crashing randomly, certain books just won‘t download or crash when I try to pick a different chapter or fast forward. I also cannot access audiobooks through my laptop browser because once I login it falsely does not show my membership plan and repeatedly asks me to subscribe- if I try this, I get redirected to a 404 error message page. Customer service nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this
