Have you already registered in the customer portal "arburgXworld"? The arburgXworld App makes it easy for you to use many functions on the move:
- Machines
Get a quick overview of all your ALLROUNDERs and access production-relevant documents.
- Tickets
Save time and start your service tickets directly on site. With individually marked photos as attachments, you can reduce queries.
This way you can see the communication history and processing progress at any time and anywhere. The automatic documentation of the service history also helps you to
to find solutions by yourself quickly.
- Events
Keep track of all important appointments such as scheduled service calls.

Eine Webapp vom Portal
Alle Funktionen vorhanden. Funktioniert alles soweit ganz gut. Ein bisschen klein alles (Ersatzteilkatalog).
Was mich aber stört. Die App beendet Musik/Podcast. Hier gern mal überarbeiten.

Ersatzteilshop fehlt
Soweit macht die App einen soliden Eindruck. Allerdings fehlt das Wichtigste und zwar der Ersatzteilshop. Wann ist mit diesem zurechnen?

Auf weitere Funktionen der "arburgXworld", wie unseren Ersatzteilshop, können Sie direkt über Browser zugreifen.
Ausbaufähig
App lädt nur sehr langsam, überschaubarer Funktionsumfang, selbst bei aktuellen Maschinen ist keine Doku hinterlegt und warum muss man sich nach jedem Start der App frisch anmelden? Das können andere Maschinenhersteller bis jetzt besser! Freue mich auf weitere Updates, da die arburgxworld ja noch relativ neu ist.
