Were you a vaguely weird preteen? Did you own multiple horse shirts? (You may be entitled to compensation.) Then, like us, you might remember longing for the coveted but elusive back-to-school glow-up. You make your triumphant return from summer break—your hair is longer, you’re wearing every flavor of Lip Smackers, your crush finally notices your horse shirt. “Who is that?” your peers whisper as you glide past. The lockers part. You ascend into the sky. Or something like that.
But did we ever successfully blossom into middle school royalty? You’ll have to consult our diaries (spoiler: no). Instead, we’ve projected all that energy onto Asana, which has recently had a glow-up of its own. We redesigned headers, sort options, filters, and more for a unified and efficient layout. Now you can spend less time searching for stuff and navigate across your tasks, projects, and inbox with ease.

Ich benutze die APP jetzt seit ca. 3 Wochen und bin bisher ganz zufrieden. Wir planen als kleines 4er Team unsere Aufgaben und Projekte damit zu managen, dazu fehlt es aber noch an Erfahrungen. Asana macht da aber im Vergleich zu den vielen anderen Tools, die ich bisher getestet hab, den besten Eindruck. Ich finde es toll, dass man es am PC, als APP und im Web nutzen kann und die unzähligen Optionen, die es bietet, habe ich bisher noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft. Bin gespannt. Gestern habe ich entdeckt, dass man sich Mail als Aufgabe per Mail schicken kann - ganz super!
Allerdings habe ich auch zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. wäre es gut, wenn die verschiedenen Aufgabenblöcke (heute erledigen, nächste Woche…) durch farbige Balken oder farbige, fette Überschriften voneinander getrennt wären. Das würde sehr bei einer schnellen Orientierung helfen und der besseren Übersicht dienen. 2. würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Abhaken von Aufgaben einen Ton erzeugt. Auch das wäre irgendwie eindeutiger und es würde mein Belohnungszentum mehr ansprechen 😁
Tolle App
Ich nutze die kostenlose Variante nun über ein Jahr und bin sehr dankbar dafür. Ich nutze sie für meine eigene Planung, lässt sich aber auch im Team sehr gut nutzen. Ich hatte mehrere Apps getestet und diese war die beste, weil intuitiv und mit vielen Funktionen. Es lässt sich alles in Listen oder kanban machen, Tagen,in verschiedene Projekte einordnen, beliebig viele unteraufgaben und Kommentare ergänzen. Echt super, danke!
Nach dem Update Problem mit Bild Upload
Mit der aktuellen Version, kann leider kein Bild mit dem iPad mehr direkt in eine Karte geladen werden. Der Feil zum absenden ist nicht sichtbar. Es muss erst umständlich ein Bild gemacht werden und dann über einen Anhang hochgeladen werden. Bitte wieder anpassen. Danke
