Instructions:
oVirt, RHEV, and Proxmox

- Be sure to Edit Default Settings in the app and choose your keyboard layout if it's not English (US).
- Ensure SPICE Tools (aka vd-agent or vdagent) is installed in your Virtual Machine for best results.
- Once you have the app installed and layout configured, launch Safari or Chrome on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
- Login to Proxmox, oVirt or RHEV through the Web interface
- Find your VM and click on its Console to download a console .vv file
- Tap or click on the downloaded console file and aSPICE will pop up to show you the remote console

Libvirt/Qemu KVM
- If your mouse pointer is not in sync with where you tap, you may need to add an
"EvTouch USB Graphics Tablet" to your virtual machine (when it's powered off) and
then power it on. To add the Tablet:
- If configuring through virt-manager, Go to the View->Details section, and select Add Hardware->Input->EvTouch USB Graphics Tablet.
- If running your virtual machine on the command-line, you need an option similar to: "-device usb-tablet,id=input0"
aSPICE is a secure, SSH capable, open source SPICE protocol client that makes use of the LGPL licensed native libspice library. Its features include:

Leider bekomme ich keinerlei Verbindung zu meiner VM, welche auf meinem Proxmox Server läuft. Es gibt keinerlei Anleitung sowohl in der App als auch im Internet zu finden.
Die App hat Proxmox im Namen stehen aber es gibt nicht die Möglichkeit einen Benutzernamen anzugeben um mit dem Proxmox Server eine Verbindung herzustellen.
Eine Anleitung wäre bei diesem Preis das mindeste. Da Video zeigt leider rein garnichts was die Konfiguration angeht. In dem verlinkten Forum gibt es ebenfalls keine Anleitung. Um etwas schreiben zu können braucht man ein extra Google Konto. Für mich unverständlich warum es keine Hilfe per E-Mail gibt. Für eine solch teure App für mich wirklich schlecht und schade, da ich auch keinerlei Alternative gefunden habe.

Unfortunately, I can't connect to my VM running on my Proxmox server. There are no instructions either in the app or on the internet.
The app has Proxmox in the name but there is no possibility to enter a user name to connect to the Proxmox server.
At this price, instructions would be the minimum. Unfortunately, the video shows nothing at all in terms of configuration. There are also no instructions in the linked forum. You need an extra Google account to be able to write anything. I can't understand why there is no help by email. For such an expensive app, this is really bad for me and a pity, as I have not found any alternative.

Hi there, Could you please update your review if you found your answer? I updated the app with better documentation just for you. Also, the app itself provides access to emailing us and posting on the forum. Previous reply: Essentially, once you have the app installed, you need to login to Proxmox through the Web interface and click on Console to download a console .vv file. Use Safari or Chrome. Then tap on the downloaded console file and aSPICE should pop open to show you the remote console. Please reach out to support _at_ morpheusly _dot_ com for help!
Doesn’t work with QEMU ether
The program is a joke. It has a very basic interface, is full of bugs (crashes all the time), and ultimately doesn’t work at all. Sorry, but this program should be removed from the App Store!

Hey, I'd love to find out what was causing crashes on your device. I'm constantly improving the app, and the new version 34 contains many stability fixes. Works great with Windows 11 guest and Proxmox VE
Works as intended and I am using it regularly to connect to my Windows guests.
