Use the app with Atmotube PRO and PLUS: Personal Air Quality Tracker
Atmotube is a wearable air pollution and weather tracker that enable you to breathe cleaner, healthier air. It constantly monitors the air around you and immediately alerts you when it's not safe to breathe. Atmotube can sense environmental changes in real time in order to help you make the right choices and live healthier.
This app works with the following Atmotube models:
- Atmotube PRO
- Atmotube PLUS

Important: if you used the old version of the app and downloaded the new version, please delete the old version from your smartphone. Simultaneous usage of both apps will affect their performance.

Confusing values
I found no war to contact the support, so here you got my complain in public. This new app sucks and undermines my belief in the Atmotube hardware itself. While the old app shows consistent values for my Atmotube Pro, this new app is flipping between Index values of 45 and 70 within seconds although neither the location nor other conditions change. I do not know now which app delivers trustworthy values, but i prefer to use the old one. Makes me less nervous. How is it possible that the values depend on the app? Isn‘t it supposed to simply display what Atmotube measures?

Hello. Thank you for contacting support. Atmotube works via BLE and all the data is received from hardware. API is open (check our website) and you can check it by yourself if you have any concerns. Our support is looking into you issue, probably it is related to 2 apps installed together or some broadcast caching issue. We are doing out best to resolve the issue. It could be helpful if you could provide us CSV files requested by support. Appreciate your help. ATMO team
