DRUM PADS PLAYGROUND is an open-source iPad app. It's fun to play simple drum sounds.
Now musicians, students, and kids can explore audio and music coding on their iPads, no computer required!
This app was made entirely on an iPad, for the iPad!
This app store version runs on its own and does not require any coding.
However, the entire source code used to make the app is included.
Whether you want to learn to make music apps or know someone who might be, you can follow along with this video tutorial series to learn more

Nice Swift Playground Project but not more...
... has serious issues if more than one pad is triggered at once and if finger rests on one pad while triggering others. May change with newer versions.
If you see this as a starting point for own apps, its already pretty fine - but as a music tool it's IMHO not yet ready.
