Automatische Abbuchung funktioniert nicht
Parkticket wurde nicht automatisch abgebucht. Keine Erinnerung erhalten. Direkt Mahnung und 20 € Vertragsstrafe per Post zugeschickt bekommen !! Absolut unseriös !! Finger weg !!!

Keine Zahlung möglich. Keine Reaktion vom App Betreiber. 30,50 Eur Mahngebühr zahlbar. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Parken im Mediapark Köln hat 30,50 Eur für 50 min. gekostet. Normal 1,50 Eur. Rechtsberatung wird eingeschaltet. Voelen Dank!
Hände weg vom Einzugsverfahren!
Die Idee mit der automatischen Bezahlung über
eine Kreditkarte ist eigentlich eine gute Idee, aber…
Ende Mai bekam ich eine Mahnung, dass der Betrag nicht eingezogen werden konnte und sollte 18,00 € bezahlen.
Ich konnte mit meiner Bank klären, dass die Karte zu keinem Zeitpunkt gesperrt war und dass für Ende Mai keine Zahlungsaufforderung eingegangen ist.
Zu keiner Zeit habe ich eine Mail von Autopay erhalten, die mich über diesen Parkvorgang informiert hätte, weder im Posteingang noch im SPAM oder Papierkorb.
Weder Autopay noch Parkraumwelten zeigten sich gesprächsbereit. Autopay hat auf meine Mail überhaupt nicht reagiert, nur einen Eingangsvermerk gesendet.
Einen Einzugsauftrag unbedingt vermeiden! Lieber umständlich zahlen.
