Zuverlässig
Ich habe mir das IPhone 11 bestellt am 4.2 mir wahr klar das es nicht zwei Tage später da ist denn ich hab es am sonntag bestellt doch hieß es es würde am 7.2 oder 8.2. Es ist nicht am 7.2 angekommen wo für Ich Verständnis habe (sie haben es falsch sortiert weshalb es am 8.2 ankommen sollte also heute) doch als ich die Nachricht erhielt das wieder was falsch gemacht wurde so das es noch später kommt. Was mich sehr enttäuscht hat. Dennoch sind die Produkte sehr gut aufgebaut was ich durch die Erfahrung mit meinem vorherigen Handy hatte dies wahr ein IPhone XS das 2 Jahre durchgehalten hat ( dieses wurde mit 80% Batterie Kapazität geliefert wurde) jetzt am Ende hat es nur noch knapp 60% was man merkt da es sehr schnell alle geht ( was aber sehr gut ist da es gut 2 Jahre gehalten hat.
Also kann man eigentlich nur sagen gute Qualität aber nicht sehr zuverlässig was Lieferungen angeht.(Hoffe das das Handy Bald ankommt)
Von Anfang bis Ende absolut seriös und transparent
Ich habe mir über Back Market ein IPhone 12 mini (grün, 256 Gb, Zustand Hervorragend) bestellt und bin total überzeugt. Als ich meine Bestellung aufgab, erhielt ich sofort alle nötigen Informationen um mein Paket zu verfolgen. Ich war über jeden Schritt informiert und wusste zu jedem Zeitpunkt wo sich mein Paket befindet. Das gab mir von Anfang ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Ich habe über den Händler Digital Iberia mein Smartphone erhalten und kann auch hier nur ins Schwärmen geraten. Der Akku hat noch 90 % Kapazität, alles läuft wie es zu laufen hat und der äußerliche Zustand lässt auf ein Neugerät schließen. Alle Knöpfe, Kameralinsen und Lautsprecher sind Einwandfrei. Das es sich um ein aufbereitetes Produkt handelt merkt man zu keiner Sekunde. Ich kann Back Market sowie Smartphones die von Digital Iberia aufgearbeitet wurden, nach meiner gemachten Erfahrung, nur empfehlen.
Mac Book
Ich habe durch Werbung viel von back market gehört und auch einige Bekannte hatten dort bereits bestellt, die Preise sind natürlich super und auch der niedrigste Zustand (gut) ist 1A.
Ich habe mir vor kurzem ein mac Book pro (ende 2013) bestellt, nach 3 Tagen war der Laptop bereits bei mir, die ersten Eindrücke waren gut, bis auf ein paar Kratzer an der Unterseite (was denke ich völlig legitim bei einem Laptop ist und erst recht aus dem Jahr 2013) war nicht eine Beschädigung zu sehen.
Der Akku hält zwar nich ganz so lang aber sonst ist alles super, ich werde sicherlich noch etwas auf backmarket kaufen!
Sehr zu empfehlen. 🫡
