Design and functionalities stuck in 2002

It does it’s job but the design is obsolete, the experience is cumbersome and would definitely need to learn big time from other similar apps. Unfortunately this is Ireland: no competitions means no improvement.

Good working

so, for me it is the best app of my 6 bank apps. never had problems, no need to have phone for id‘s pin‘s sms-codes.
just the ipad and good. account used since 2003 and from outside Ireland.

Very poor app compared to alternative banking apps

This app is not user friendly and it’s age is beginning to show. I have been blocked from paying online with my card suddenly since a month or so now. For a bank that charges more than 6 euro a month to have an account, I feel the app should be less hassle to use.
