Notification and a melody is played when your target percentage is reached.

Simple and free.
Background mode is supported again for low threshold only.

Gut aber ...
Fände es super, wenn man Alarm einstellen könnte, sobald der Akkustand zu stark sinkt und sich zu stark erhöht. Also nicht nur einseitig. Außerdem sind die Alarmgeräusche schwer auszuhalten.
