RESPIRATORY EVENT
Respiratory event is the event when there is a pause in breathing or the breathing is shallow. When not enough air can be breathed in, the oxygen level in the blood falls. This leads to poor sleep quality so you will feel fatigued when you wake up.
SLEEP QUALITY
Derived from different sleep parameters to help you understand your sleep quality at a glance.
SLEEP EFFICIENCY
Sleep efficiency is the percentage of time a person sleeps, in relation to the amount of time a person spends in bed.
SLEEP STAGE
The sleep stages are Awake, rapid-eye-movement (REM), and non-rapid-eye-movement (NREM). When you sleep, your sleep stages alternate between REM and NREM stages.
STRESS LEVEL
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is one of the major neural pathways activated by stress. The stress index shows the average sympathetic nervous system (SNS %) response throughout the night and hence, the psychological stressor.
OXYGEN SATURATION (SpO2)
SpO2 is a measurement of the oxygen saturation level in blood. Abnormal SpO2 levels could be caused by smoking and other health problems, such as sleep apnea and cardiovascular diseases.
