Sehr gute App. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag '

Die App ist wie finde sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut und sehr einfach zu nutzen. Es gibt viele Routinen, die man machen kann und die einem auch wirklich helfen dehnbarer zu werden. Ich selbst merke schon nach einer Woche Verbesserungen.
Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit sich eigene Routinen zu erstellen. Hier kann man jede Übung auswählen und eine individuelle Zeit einstellen. Was hier aber meiner Meinung nach fehlt ist die Möglichkeit im Nachhinein die Reihenfolge der einzelnen Übungen anzupassen, oder wieder welche zu entfernen.

Überzeugend

Endlich eine Fitness/Yogaapp, die für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt ist. Nicht überfrachtet, übersichtlich. Man kann sich seinen eigenen Trainingsplan bzw. Pläne erstellen und bearbeiten: Reihenfolge,Länge etc. Die App ist m.E. für Leute mit Erfahrung besser geeignet, Erklärvideos gibt es nicht (glücklicherweise, lenken nur ab), die Übungen sind aber gut beschrieben. Die jährlichen 30€ sind in meinem Fall gut angelegtes Geld. Kundenservice ist übrigens hervorragend. Gemäß diesem wird es demnächst auch andere Timertöne außer dem Countdown zur Auswahl geben, das gäbe dann 6 Sterne🌟💫⭐️🌟⭐️ 💫

Super App mit Wunsch nach zusätzlichen Übungen

Ich finde die App super, sehr übersichtlich, simpel in der Bedienung und tolle schlichte Grafik. Klasse, dass man sich auch eigene Übungen zusammenstellen und die Dauer der einzelnen Posen einstellen kann. Schön wäre eine Ergänzung von z. B. Yin Yoga Posen oder auch neutralen Haltungen wie die Berghaltung, der Baum oder die Totenstellung. So könnte man sich problemlos auch kleine Flows für die Dehnungen erarbeiten und diese auch für andere Benutzer Eurer App freigeben.
