Very bad app by a company that has a monopoly

If you want to go swimming in London, at one of the pools maintained by better uk you have to use this app.
This app is a nightmare. For very booking the billing address and credit card details have to be entered again. Every single time.
Very bad app. I would not use it if I could pay at the desk at the pool.
