In Ordnung; App verbesserungswürdig
Der Service an sich ist ok, preislich in Ordnung. Die Scooter sind den italienischen Umständen entsprechend teilweise kaputt, z.B. funktioniert das Rücklicht bei einigen Scootern nicht, was gefährlich sein kann. Ich kann hier jedoch nur von Süditalien sprechen, evtl. ist es im Norden besser.
Die App ist okay, stürzt aber manchmal ab. Der Anmeldeprozess könnte benutzerfreundlicher sein, insbesondere wenn man kein Italienisch versteht, stelle ich es mir schwierig vor.

Schlechte App
Sehr schlechte App, habe mich angemeldet und komme danach nicht mehr in die App rein und kann somit auch nicht e Roller fahren.
