Blacklane ist wie nach nach Hause kommen
Abends gebucht für early bird Flug am nächsten Morgen und direkt Bestätigung erhalten. Früher Flug nach New York. 4h aufgewacht mit erster message von Blacklane: Chauffeur unterwegs. 4.45h zweite Message: chauffeur angekommen, wartet vor dem Haus. 5h saß ich im Wagen in Richtung Flughafen. Entspannt, ohne Stress und mit viel Beinfreiheit die Fahrt genossen.
Landeanflug New York nächste Blacklane message: your chauffeur is on the way.
Dank Flugtracking hat Blacklane meine Flugverspätung mitberechnet. Nach Immigration und Zoll hat der Chauffeur in der Arrivalhall auf mich gewartet inkl. meinem Namen auf dem iPad. Nahm meinen Koffer und los ging’s zu einem coolen Escalade. WiFi an Board und los ging’s nach Manhattan. Danke 🙏🏽 fürs Zeitsparen und das angenehme, sichere und saubere Ankommen.
Top Service!
Wir wurden am Flughafen Schönefeld vom Blacklane-Chauffeur direkt abgeholt. Unser Flug aus Zypern hatte etwas Verspätung. Der Fahrer hat 35 Minuten auf uns gewartet. Es war bereits Mitternacht und kalt und der Fahrer hat uns direkt zum Auto (neue Mercedes E-Klasse) gebracht. Am Taxistand war eine 30 Meter lange Schlange und kaum Taxen zu sehen. Unser kleiner Sohn kam in den vorhandenen Kindersitz und die Fahrt nach Hause verlief reibungslos. Wir warten sehr erleichtert. Toller Service. Immer wieder gern!
Deutlich besser wie sixt
Habe heute nach ewigen Ärger mit sixt diese App getestet.
Der Fahrer war freundlich, zuvorkommend und pünktlich das Fahrzeug war ebenfalls sehr gut. Bei sixt kann man ja mitlerweile froh sein wenn überhaupt ein Fahrzeug kommt - vom schlechten Service ganz abgesehen. Das war hier deutlich anders - weiter so.
