Is this a beta version?
App always gives an error message when entering a name at the end of the installation process. Tried for three hours now on different devices. Won‘t try it again.

Old app was way better
The new version is, to be honest, a massive step back. In the main screen I got all needed information, also a history..
Now I have to click on different buttons to see the values. Seriously? Why?
I have seen the comment of the support, but it makes no sense at all. Maybe there are some people having difficulties to understand the app, but then they should take the time to learn it or make a better intro, but the way it is working now is really bad.
Where is CO2 measuring? It is gone, you still sell the Aware which is mentioning it is measuring the value, but not shown in the app? Seriously?
Please think about to get the old overview back, as it was way better, also with a weekly and monthly history. Maybe introduce a intro to explain the different buttons etc. but don’t go this way.
New Design Nothing learned
1. Chart per month ridiculous small zick zack curve with no sense.
2 per week also,
3. Chart in general too small,
4. Outside PM 2,5 more in focus as inhouse, 5. Gas charts with no real message
6. No English menu (FAQ etc.) when located in other speaking country.
7. The whole new design is not user friendly
8. Blue Air does not understand how to design a user fiendly app because they simply dont know what the user needs to know in first place. Its the chart and how it was with figures within last 24 hours plus and this as an idea, a prognosis.
