It not only enables the user to fully manage hardware by adding, removing, and installing locks, but also provides premium features such as the one-click Over-the-Air firmware update and the convenient customer support report.
This App is part of the BlueID ACCESS® solution and together with other applications, ensures maximum convenience, advanced technology and the utmost security for you and your customers.
With the BlueID Lock Admin app, a user has the convenience of using a single application to manage and service all BlueID-enabled locks. The management function enables installing and adding new locks, removing others and detecting all available lock-door connections. The service function allows the user to set lock time, verify lock status data such as firmware version and location, and to perform lock maintenance for replacing the battery, cylinders or other parts. The centralization of all necessary functions in one app decreases maintenance time and saves money.
The App informs the user if there are available firmware updates for all registered locks in the application. If so, the one-click Over-the-Air update allows the user to update locks with the ease of a finger tap, while ensuring that the procedure runs quickly, smoothly and faultlessly.
In support cases, the App provides the feature of sending our team complete lock status reports. It not only ensures a user-friendly assistance, but also accelerates the process of analyzing and solving the issue.
