Just love it!

In the beginning I was a bit afraid when Juliana and Mark announced that they will completely switch to the app version.
I do yoga with Juliana on an almost daily basis for almost a year now. And I cannot say how much I transformed mentally but also physically since that. The way Juliana teaches her classes is like magic where I truly allow to listen to myself and to grow unlimited. I even miss my studio classes because there are rarely yogi teachers as good as Juliana!
So far I discovered the app, the functions are truly helping to navigate through all the videos and to get just the one class you need in a sec. There are even filters I was not aware to be helpful.
I already recommended bohol beautiful to so many friends and family members that I can also confidently recommend their work to everyone who reads this! So, get on your mat and start you journey. :)

Since I downloaded the app, there was almost not a single day I missed a yoga class with Juliana or Mark. And not only the Yoga- and Pilates classes are amazing, the meditations are just as wonderful. What I love about them most is that you are first guided into a meditative state, and then you are given a mantra and some time with yourself and some beautiful music. I truly fell in love with meditation. The way Juliana and Mark teach is filled with love, light and compassion, it’s much more than just some Asanas or a fitness program. It’s a path to growth and self-love. And the App itself is also awesome, well-organized, including a calendar where your classes are saved and options to take notes. If anyone reading this is still struggling to make a decision, take the free trial. You won’t regret. ☺️
