iCloud sync is not working

There are a lot of nice BP apps in the store but only this one has an iCloud sync embedded. That was my motivation to pay a price 4 times higher. However, it's not working cloud based. Only a manually sync between iPhone and iPad exchange some data very unpredictable. Currenly both iOS devices contain incomplete and different datasets. For an app with medical xontent not acceptable. Support did not react yet. So far very disappointing.
