Die beste App für das beste Gerät
Währenddessen ich nach Blutdruckmessgeräte gesucht habe, die meine Werte automatisch in meine Health App einbinden, bin ich über so einige App Hersteller gestolpert. Manche Geräte im Wert von über 200 € verkaufen die nicht nur das Gerät, sondern auch noch deine Daten an Werbetreibende und dann kommt Braun mit einem 50 € Gerät und einer datenschutzkonformen App und als heimliches addon (weil sie nicht damit werben) kann man seine Werte auch noch über die Apple Health App einbinden und abrufen. Wobei in Sachen Darstellung von Blutdruck die Braun Healthy App sogar noch besser ist als die Apple Health App.

Habe heute bekommen und gleich getestet, macht einen sehr guten, wertigen Eindruck, konnte ohne Anleitung gleich loslegen die Bluetoothverbindung hat auch gleich funktioniert. Die Pumpe ist wirklich sehr angenehm, leise und softig am Anpressdruck. Vermisse leider die Druckfunktion gleich vom App aus, sonst über Umwege per Mail an sich selbst schicken und dann drucken... deshalb fehlt ein Stern, und vor allem wie lange wird das schöne Gerät präzise Werte liefern?...

Es geht bei den Messungen nicht um den Blutdruck allein. Man wird auf mögliche Zusammenhänge aufmerksam gemacht, z. B. auf den Zusammenhang zwischen der körperlichen Betätigung oder zwischen der Art und Weise, wie man schläft, und dem Bkutdruck. Dadurch wird man angeregt, über den eigenen Lebensstil nachzudenken,
