Probleme beim Termin
Ich habe mir einen Termin über die App gemacht. Die App hat dann automatisch einen Mitarbeiter ausgewählt. Als ich zum Termin erschien sagte man mir, dieser Mitarbeiter könne das nicht machen weil es dafür jemand spezielles gibt. Das war aus der App aber nicht ersichtlich. Offenbar gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit dies abzugleichen und mir dann Bescheid zugeben. Dafür hab ich mir dann umsonst frei genommen.
