Thank you for using our BSNL Selfcare app! In this latest release, we've made the following improvements:
New Feature: Introducing complaint booking! Now users can lodge complaints for landline/FTTH services, and mobile users can raise complaints for recharge and bill payment issues directly from the app.
Fixed Issues:
Resolved an issue with landline bill payments.
Fixed minor bugs and made performance improvements.
