there are a lot of users of this app whi enjoy offending other people. if you respond adequately, you are punished by the admin. shame on you

Hello Fdibarix, when a report is made, we read everything that is said by both parties and only after a careful evaluation, when we deem it appropriate, do we block the chat(s) of anyone who has offended, proportionally to the seriousness of the offence. and the number of times that player has offended in the past. In some cases we even get to ban the account of those who continue to seriously offend.
This work takes us hours every day but we do it with pleasure to make the Burraco and Pinelle site a healthy environment where you can have fun in peace and quiet, without offenses.
