BVG Tickets is the official ticket-purchasing app for public transport in Berlin!
With BVG Tickets you can buy tickets for train, subway, tram, and bus from the official source and travel anywhere in Berlin. Purchase and download tickets straight to the app and enjoy your trip.
By the way: You can now order the new Deutschlandticket via the BVG website or in our customer centres. It costs €49 per month and is available as a personal season ticket without transferability. With the ticket, you can use the entire public transport system, including regional trains, throughout Germany. It is not possible to take other people, or bicycles with you on this ticket.
We will provide you with the ticket as a mobile phone ticket or as an electronic FahrCard in good time before the nationwide launch. Do you already have a BVG subscription? Great, you don't have to do anything at the moment, because we'll get in touch with you.

BVG Tickets offers a ticket purchasing service only and does not contain any other kind of travel information. If you need further travel and transport connection information then please download our BVG Fahrinfo app.
Avoid waiting for the ticket machine in busy train and metro stations by connecting the BVG Tickets app with payment methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, prepaid, SEPA direct debit, or express purchase (registration and payment with Apple Pay, PayPal).
In our app you can purchase tickets covering any of the following tariff zones:
• Berlin AB
• Berlin BC (C area includes, for example, Potsdam and Berlin Airport BER)
• Berlin ABC (C area includes, for example, Potsdam and Berlin Airport BER)
All you need to do to get your next train, subway, tram or bus ticket straight to your phone is to register by using your email address, password, first and last name...that’s it. You’re good to go as soon as you purchase your ticket with the app.

Fehlerhaft - Man zahlt doppelt
Es ist nun schon wiederholt vorgekommen, daß ein Ticket aus dem 4-Fahrten-Ticket nicht geladen wird. Stattdessen wird der Button "Aktualisieren" angezeigt. Wenn man diesen drückt wird immer noch kein Ticket geladen, es wird aber trotzdem auf der 4er-Karte abgezogen. Man muss dann ein neues Ticket kaufen. Das passiert mittlerweile bei ca. jedem 4. Ticketkauf. Und jedesmal zahlt man doppelt. Der Support hilft nicht weiter, behauptet es wäre alles in Ordnung. Und Tipps wie "Regelmäßig App löschen und neu installieren" können ja wohl nicht ernst gemeint sein ... Ich steige wieder auf Papiertickets um.

Hallo, es tut uns leid, dass du Probleme mit der App hattest! Wir können uns nicht vorstellen, dass der Support nicht weiterhilft, vermutlich haben die Kollegen geschaut, es lag aber keine mehrfache Aktivierung oder ein Verlust vor. Du kannst in der App prüfen, wann welcher Abschnitt genutzt wurde. Hierzu gehst du in den Ticketspeicher und klickst oben rechts auf die Uhr mit dem Pfeil drumherum, es öffnet sich der Ticketverlauf. Bitte schau, ob wirklich Abschnitte doppelt aktiviert wurde, oder ob es vielleicht nur ein Synchronisierungsfehler war, das also mehr offene Abschnitte angezeigt wurden als wirklich offen waren. Ansonsten sende uns gerne konkrete Daten und Uhrzeiten, wann du denkst, wann dies passiert ist, dann prüfen wir das natürlich gerne noch einmal, am besten beziehst du dich dann auf diese Rezension.
Zwei Dinge
Es ist ja schön, dass das Ticket vor Fahrtantritt gekauft werden soll. Wenn aber das Kaufen/Laden nicht funktioniert (und das ist oft so, meist muss ich drei-viermal auf kaufen tippen), soll der Kunde dann auf das nächste Verkehrsmittel warten? Das kann es ja wohl nicht sein! Hab erst vor Tagen (20.5.) zu viel Geld ausgegeben, weil immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung kam und dann doch, allerdings erst eine halbe Stunde später, abgebucht wurde. Und zum 9 Euro-Ticket: wir als Familie nutzen gemeinsam eine App und somit ein Zahlungsmittel. Warum ist es nicht möglich einmalig den Namen des/der Nutzer einzutragen (ohne nachträgliches Ändern) und somit für alle ein Ticket zu kaufen? Nutze die App, da oftmals das Kleingeld fehlt und man so auch kein Papier verschwenden muss.

Hallo! Es gibt ein Update der App (Version 1.9.29) in dem wir viele Verbesserungen auch bzgl. der Auslieferung von Tickets vorgenommen haben. Es würde uns freuen, wenn Du Deine App updaten uns uns hier ein Feedback geben würdest.
Alles was es braucht, fehlt nur noch das Abo in der Wallet
Hätte die Fahrinfo App der BVG auch Support für die Apple Wallet hätte ich gar nicht nach einer alternativen App gesucht und diese Gefunden. Persönlich brauch ich die App nur für Anschlussfahrscheine. Das geht hier viel einfach von statten. In der Fahrinfo App muss ich für mehrere Personen jedes Ticket einzeln kaufen. Und eben der fehlende Wallet Support. Eigentlich könnte man die App so direkt in die Fahrinfo App integrieren und fertig. Was für die Zukunft jetzt noch fehlt ist die Integration des Abos, am besten auch über die Wallet. Meine Karte muss ich jedes mal umständlich raus suchen. Leichter zugänglich will ich sie nicht platzieren damit ich sie nicht ausersehen verliere oder gar vergesse. Smartphone ist aber immer parat wenn nicht eh schon in der Hand :>

Hallo, vielen Dank für deine Rezension 💛. Die Fahrinfo-App und die Tickets-App bedienen unterschiedliche Anforderungen der Kunden, beide haben ihre Berechtigung :-). Dein Feedback hinsichtlich des Abos können wir absolut nachvollziehen, leider ist aber eine Einbindung von Abos in den Apps momentan technisch noch nicht möglich.
