Die App ist noch ausbaufähig
Alles in allem nicht schlecht gemacht. Was ich aber überhaupt nicht verstehe ist warum die gemerkten Artikel in der Wunschliste immer mit der kleinsten Laufbahnen Größe gespeichert werden und nicht in der Größe die man angeklickt hat. Selbst wenn ich es in der Wunschliste wieder ändere und klicke auf den nächsten Artikel ändern sich wieder alle Artikel auf meiner Liste in die kleinste Größe. Das ist super nervig vor allem weil mancher Artikel dann schon mal als ausverkauft angezeigt wird obwohl er in meiner Größe noch vorhanden wäre. Ein super bug der unbedingt mal behoben werden müsste…. Der trübt das Shopping Vergnügen ungemein…. Und sein wir doch mal ehrlich bei anderen Apps funktioniert es doch auch … Otto , Amazon usw 😉

Besser auf Webseite shoppen
Schon recht frustrierend User Experience. Viel Zeit verbracht meinen Warenkorb zu fühlen, dann funktioniert der checkout nicht. Bezahlen mit Paypal > Paypal läd nicht. „Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten“ Bezahlen mit Kreditkarte > Kein Formular zum Eintragen der Daten läd nicht. Mehrfach app neu starten > hat auch nicht geholfen. Im Browser zur C&A Webseite navigiert um die Bestellung dort zu tätigen > das App wird automatisch geöffnet. Kann nicht mehr auf die Internetseite zugreifen ohne das App zu löschen?!? Letztendlich hab ich über das App „Auf Rechnung“ die Bestellung übermitteln können, wie meine Oma das damals über den Quelle Katalog 1989 gemacht hat. Auf der Bestellbestätigung sehe ich einen Link um mich/ meine Bestellung für Payback Punkte zu registrieren > Link geht nicht. Und die 10€ Newsletter signup bonus (auf Webseite beworben) > gibt es im App natürlich auch nicht. >>> Sehr frustrierende User Experience.
Letztlich, um zu Bestellen muss man ja eine Anrede auswählen, habe „Herr“ ausgewählt bin also wahrscheinlich Männlich. Anstatt diese Information zu nutzen um mir personalisierte und relevante Herrenartikel vorzuschlagen werden mir derzeit auf der Wunschliste Frauenkleider vorgeschlagen. Naja room
