LICENSED DRIVERS
We personally meet taxi drivers in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca to see their cars and get documents confirming that they are a licensed taxi driver before activating them in the app. When you book a taxi through CABCY app in Cyprus you get a professional licensed cab driver.

Nicht korrekt!
Bei installieren der Apps, hat akzeptiert Zahlungsmethoden nur Barzahlung !!!!Bei Bestellung Angebot für Strecke war 16€ . Bei Barzahlung Fahrer will 30€. Nicht korrekte Daten zeigt an. Und nur Barzahlung akzeptiert!
Installed but verification sms not recieved
I have installed the app, for the usage you need a verification by sms. But the sms is not recieved, I tried this multiple times. Sorry but with this you can’t get customer for using taxi at Cyprus.

Dear Oliver, thank you for trying the app and apologies for the difficulties you experienced with the registration. Unfortunately, this does happen when a phone is in roaming and this is something out of our control. We do have many users registering in the app daily, so sometimes it's a matter of waiting a bit or changing to a different roaming network.
We provide only sms registration because with the email authorisation customer profiles can be hacked and data abused, for example taking trips on stolen profile credit cards. Customer security is our main concern and authorisation with a personal phone number fully caters to that.
