Example: You're getting calls from +1 415 121 1111, +1 415 122 1111, etc.
Solution: Create a single rule "+1 415 XXX XXXX" to block all numbers starting with +1 415 (This blocks 10 million numbers at once!)
How it works:
1. Enable the Call Ranger extension in iOS Settings: Phone -> Call Blocking & Identification.
2. Open the CallBlocker app, go to Settings, and make sure the "Block Calls" switch is enabled.
3. Tap on "Setup your Blocking rules" and enter the country code prefix (e.g., '1' for "+1 123 456 7899"). Tap "Next".
4. Enter the full phone number you want to block (e.g., '4151234567' for "+1 4151234567").
5. Choose how many digits to wildcard (up to 12!).
Example:
- '4151234567' with 7 wildcards becomes "415XXXXXXX"
- Blocks all numbers from +1 4150000000 to +1 4159999999

Funktioniert super, aber …
… leider sind die einzelnen Einstellmöglichkeiten nicht erklärt und damit nicht unmissverständlich.
Die allgemeine Einrichtung laut Video hat bestens geklappt.
Super wäre auch, wenn man Anrufe ohne Rufnummer (anonym) blockieren könnte.

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Wir werden bald detaillierte Erklärungen zu allen Einstellungen hinzufügen. Die Funktion zum Blockieren anonymer Anrufe liegt leider außerhalb unserer App-Möglichkeiten.
Super App
Zuerst funktionierte die Installation nicht. Dies lag aber nicht an der App sondern an IOS.
Der Entwickler meldete sich super schnell und half bei der Fehlerbehebung.
Toller Service, App zu empfehlen.

Frisst extrem viel Speicher
Wegen häufiger Spam Anrufe aus Belgien wollte ich die Ländervorwahl „32“ komplett mit 8 folgenden Ziffern sperren. Entgegen der Warnung von Call Ranger benötigt das iPhone 15 für die Einrichtung auch nur ca. 10 Minuten, wird dabei aber extrem heiß. Allerdings werden nur durch diese eine Regel durch die App ca. 8 GB des Speichers benötigt. Auch ein Löschen der Regel und das vollständige Deinstallieren der App gibt den Speicher nicht wieder vollständig frei - 3 GB fehlen noch immer. Ich denke, da gibt es andere Apps, welche die Rufnummern ohne einen so extremen Speicherverbrauch realisieren.

the large memory consumption depends on the blocking rules you add. The app uses CallKit and in order to add the blocking numbers to the extension, this requires memory to be consumed. Thanks for the attention and your comment, we’ll do our best
