Gute und intuitive Bedienung, übersichtlich und effektiv!
Gute Basisfunktionen mit deutlich Luft nach oben
Die App an sich funktioniert übersichtlich, das Buchen und Zeit-Nachbuchen ist einfach. So weit so gut. Diverse Punkte könnten aber verbessert / modernisiert werden: (1) Wenn man seine Suchangaben für ein Auto macht, dann z.B. parallel Google Maps aufmacht, um zu schauen, wie lang die geplante Strecke ist und zurück in die App wechselt, sind alle Abgaben wieder gelöscht und man muss alles neu eingeben. (2) Man kann nicht sofort pro Fahrt zahlen sondern nur auf Rechnungsbasis. Es gibt aber ein festes Limit, wieviel man buchen kann, bis die nächste Rechnung erstellt ist. Um mehr zu buchen, muss man sich theoretisch ein Guthaben aufladen. Die Option funktioniert aber leider nicht, es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung. Sprich: man ist blockiert, bis die nächste Rechnung abgebucht wird. (3) Die genauen Kosten für eine Fahrt werden teilweise erst mehrere Tage später angezeigt - unpraktisch, wenn man z.B. Leute mitnimmt, die was zur Fahrt dazugeben wollen oder man die Kosten irgendwo eintragen / angeben möchte und immer wieder daran denken muss, zu checken, ob der Betrag schon angezeigt wird. Von daher: Basisfunktionen sind gegeben und funktionieren gut, aber man muss sich mit einigen unpraktischen Dingen arrangieren.
